Our Studio Spaces.

We welcome applications from ambitious creative people and businesses that share our values - community, kindness, and creativity. Our studios are designed to meet the changing needs of creative people, meaning our flexible approach to membership allows you to scale up or down with ease depending on your circumstances.

We are more than just a space to work from. Our purpose is to support a thriving, connected community of creators, committed to supporting the thinkers and doers that make change and impact to the creative industries in Wales.

  • We want you to focus on what you do best – producing outstanding work. We don’t want to distract or surprise you with hidden fees for business rates and utilities. So, the price you pay per month covers these things and so much more.

Our studios are a mixture of small, medium and large spaces. They are priced for single-occupancy but can be shared on request. We do require that our members use their studios frequently, rather than as a storage facility, as we want all of our members to become a part of the community here.

Prices start at £280 per month for a small space, £360 for a medium, and from £380 for a large studio. A one month refundable deposit is required and three months notice must be given in order to terminate your contract. This gives us time to advertise your space. We have a shared fashion hub within our space and desk spaces are £145 on a part-time basis, and £195 full-time. One month’s notice must be given on part-time contracts.

Studio holders can scale their membership up or down anytime without the need of a notice period.
